Additional Hospitality Information
Accommodations
For those traveling to the 2010 Games, no hospitality package would be complete without luxury accommodations. Therefore, once your hospitality plans have been finalized, a representative from Shorts Sports and Events Logistics can help you coordinate all the necessary arrangements for your trip.
They’ll secure your hotel accommodations on a priority basis, find a private home, farm, or condo for you to rent during the festivities. In addition, they’ll take care of your transportation needs by arranging for a car or limousine rental, or chartering a private plane.
By reserving your accommodations and transportation needs through 2010 Games Hospitality and our exclusive providers, you will receive additional benefits such as periodic e-mail updates, opportunities for special events, transportation information and have access to the latest 2010 Games news.

Hospitality Admissions & Ticketing
Hospitality patrons will receive a Hospitality Packet during the summer of 2010. The Hospitality Packet will provide a detailed outline of their purchased package in addition to any event tickets, general admission tickets, and Hospitality Passes included in their Hospitality Package.
Hospitality patrons will be admitted onto the grounds of the Kentucky Horse Park using the event or general admission tickets supplied in their Hospitality Packet. (A Hospitality Pass on its own does not grant you admission onto the grounds of the 2010 Games.) Once admitted, patrons may then proceed to the Maker's Mark Bourbon Village where they will check in at the Hospitality Desk.
Upon check-in, all Hospitality patrons will be given their wristbands which give them access to the Hospitality Facilities outlined in their Hospitality Package. This process will be repeated daily throughout the duration of the Games, as new wristbands will be provided every day of the 16 days of the 2010 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games. Each wristband will be used for one day and one person only. Hospitality patrons will not be permitted to transfer their wristbands to other guests.
To ensure an enjoyable 2010 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games experience for all attendees, the number of hospitality passes is extremely limited. All Hospitality patrons will be limited to the number of hospitality passes included in their Hospitality Package.
