Equine Village Schedule- By Performer

Aaron Ralston- a former member of the USA Reining Team, and bronze medal winner at Aachen 2006 and the host of “The Ride” on RFD TV. Aaron will concentrate on building the western horse through understanding of what is expected of them and why and will feature the different stages of the learning process from the most basic to the complicated, based largely on the working ranch horse and today’s reined cow horse. Arabian Horse Association- “there is no equal” one of the oldest known breed of riding horse, demonstrations will showcase the stamina, energy, intelligence, gentle disposition and beauty of this most popular horse.  Performing- September 25, 26, 27, 28, 30, October 1, 2, 4, 5

California Cowgirls- From Wilton, CA These Cowgirls receive standing ovations at every performance. Eitan Beth-Halachmy- Best known for his “Cowboy Dressage” performances, in which Eitan has combined his European Dressage training and his love of the American Western Horsemanship in one musical showcase, bringing together the best of both worlds. Calling it “Educainment” Eitan will perform and discuss his “Cowboy Dressage” presentation.  Performing- September 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, October 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9
Indigenous Horse Society of Indian Tent Pegging- Equestrian Federation of India – presents a demonstration of this thrilling and exciting equine sport. Performing- October 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9
Erik Martonovich- “Extreme Vaulting Exhibition”.  Performing- September 29, 30, October 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9
Federation International Horse Ball-Basketball on Horseback. 2 teams face off on horseback. Without dismounting, riders pick up a ball from the ground. The ball has 6 handles. In order to score, the ball must be passed 3 times amongst 3 different players, each player holding the ball for no more than 10 seconds. Performing- October 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9

Harness Horse Youth Foundation-  Participants from “Harness Racing Youth League” will showcase the excitement of harness racing using “Trottingbreds” a breed of race horse very similar to Standardbreds, but who are smaller in size. “ Mr. Muscleman” Trotting Champion and current resident at the Kentucky Horse Park will be a part of this demonstration and so it is a performance not to be missed.  Performing- September 25, 26, 27, 28

The Irish Draught Horse Association of North America- demonstrations are designed to showcase the talent, adaptability, kindness and intelligence of this warm blooded breed. A jumping and dressage demo performed simultaneously and the Irish Draught drawn wagon and Irish dancers will entertain the crowd.  Performing- September 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, October 1, 2, 4, 5
Jo-Ann Wilson- Jo-Ann’s clients range from International Competitors to pleasure horses of all breeds and disciplines. She worked with the winning U.S. Eventing Team at the 2000 Olympics and has served athletes at Pan Am Games, World Cup, World Games, and Rolex as well as national and local shows. She has a keen ability to achieve results for horses with muscular problems.  Performing- September 27, 28, 30
John Lyons- “America’s Most Trusted Horseman” could be a clinic in any one of these topics: Ground Manners: Performance: Teaching our Hands: Trail Riding: or Trailer Loading.  Performing- September 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, October 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9
J.P. Giacomini- an international trainer and coach who has produced Gold medalists in Eventing, GP Dressage horses, and international show jumpers, as well as performed remedial training on 1000’ of horses, will demonstrate how his Endotapping technique (also known as the “Relax, Reflex, Reward Technique”) supports and facilitates the Classic Principles of Horsemanship. Lynn Palm- “Palm Partnership Training” One of the foremost equestrians in the world, and two time winner of the coveted AQHA ‘SuperHorse” title riding the famous “Rugged Lark”, will be riding her APHA (American Paint Horse) “Rugged Painted Lark” and will perform a musical exhibition, both in the western saddle and bridle and in the English saddle and bridleless, exhibiting dressage, reining and jumping. The Nokota Horse-  from their original home in the badlands of North Dakota, the breed developed in the 1880’s from foundation bloodstock of ranch-bred horses and local Indian horses mixed with Spanish horses, and is now a versatile horse used in endurance, western and English disciplines. National Cutting Horse Association- October 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9
National Gypsy Horse Show and Faire Association- will present an educational- based demo. The performances will include Gypsy horses in their native equipment and riders will appear in costume reflecting the cultural heritage of the breed. Richard Shrake- Icon Clinician and Trainer in the Horse Industry for years, Richard is best known for his simple and timeless principles of creating a balanced, common sense program based on knowledge and wisdom, whether it’s in his “Winning Way” or “Resistance Free” Riding Techniques, Richard will educate and entertain, in the arena and in the lecture hall, appealing to the beginner rider, intermediates or professionals. Performing- September 26, 27, 28, 29

Stacy Westfall-  A legend in the ring and winner of the 2003 National Reining Horse Association Freestyle Competition riding with no bridle Stacy has captivated audiences with her incredible saddleless and bridleless reining performances. Performing-September 26, 27, 28

Walkin' on Ranch, Tennessee Walking Horses-Dressage: As applied to Gaited Horses! Developed by Jennie jackson, exhibition will explain and demonstrate gait descriptions, exhibit a ridden test and perform a musical freestyle using Prix St. George movements. The framers of dressage would be pleased to see dressage applied to all horses. This is all performed on Tennessee Walking Horses. Performing October 3, 4, 5 and 6.
